The angel pendant with an elongated rubellite tourmaline weighing approximately 4.75 carats, a fan-shaped spessartite garnet weighing approximately 2.90 carats, carved boulder opal wings, and a pear-shaped diamond; maker's mark for Llyn L. Strelau, attaches to a white gold mesh chain, length 19 1/2 inches, or a strand of thirty-nine multi-coloured South Sea cultured pearls graduated from 10.0 mm to 11.9 mm, length 20 inches with the pendant; length 18 1/4 inches worn by itself; in 19k white and 18k yellow gold

Condition
In good condition. The pendant length 2 3/4 (68 mm). The South Sea cultured pearls of a rainbow of pastel greyish cream, light grey, silver grey, grey colours, with bright lustre, distinct green and pink overtones, round shape, with a concealed clasp. The specialty cut rubellite, of a medium tone of intense pink colour, lightly to moderately included. The specialty cut spessartite, of a medium tone of golden orange colour, lightly included. The boulder opal is a "book matched", a pair, specially cut from a single piece of opal to match each other. Diamonds, pear shape and set on the edges, total estimated weight 0.25 carat, of F-G colour, VS clarity.
