The small flower blossom centering a cultured pearl measuring 7.0 mm, amid concave petals and leaves with pavé-set old-cut diamonds, in silver and 18k gold

Diamonds estimated weight 3.50 carats, H-J colour, VS-SI clarity
Good overall condition, with alteration to how the pin is attached at the back, the pin mechanism rotates slightly, not in danger of loosening
The cultured pearl is not original to the brooch, originally containing a facetted stone
