The very large circular polished frame centering a coin motif depicting the classic profile of the goddess Demeter, suspending from a broad bail set with a pink tourmaline cabochon weighing approximately 8.75 carats, further accented by a pair of smaller pink tourmalines, in 18k gold

Pendant weight 35.6 grams Pendant measuring 43 mm x 70 mm Marks: Karl Stittgen, 18K, maker's mark (ginkgo leaf) Principal tourmaline of a medium tone of strong pink colour, good cut, good clarity, good polish Accent tourmalines, of a medium tone of strong pink colour, good cut, good matching Accompanied by an attractive white metal tubular mesh chain with gold plated toggle clasp (not illustrated, not Stittgen) Good condition
