The cushion-shaped blue spinel measuring 11.55 mm by 8.42 mm by 4.49 mm and weighing 3.76 carats
Condition
Colour change: A medium dark tone of violet in incandescent light, and a medium dark tone of blue in daylight. Cobalt spinel is one of the rare gems coloured by the natural presence of cobalt, and generally has a blue colour, or a colour-change, such as this gem exhibits. Good clarity
